Just add wavetransformer@appspot.com into your Wave and robot does the rest!
You can also use version of the robot which transforms only selected text by your explicit request. In this case you have to install robot from this extension installer URL: http://wavetransformer.appspot.com/assets/installer-selection.xml Then you will be able to transform content of your blips by simply selecting the part you want robot to process and click on "transformer" icon in the editor toolar.
