Both, our consulting team in the US and our development team in Kiev work closely on clients' projects. We typically deliver fixed-cost projects, as well as offer a remote development team hosting.
Team Hosting
In the remote development team hosting scenario, we hire and manage a team of developers to work exclusively on the customer's project. The customer plans their work directly, assigning the dedicated team tasks to do. The customer also approves all personnel. If needed, we are able to provide a local management layer to report directly to our customer. We want our clients to regard our engineers assigned as a part of their team. Our pricing model is very simple: we agree on a set monthly fee per engineer.
Fixed-cost projects
For fixed-cost projects, our fee is based on project specifications mutually agreed-upon. We then provide the customer with an estimate and identify several key project milestones to facilitate keeping track of our progress. We also identify corresponding deliverables to define each of the milestones. We bill the customer upon completion of each milestone. Because we stand firmly behind our work, we provide a warranty period after the project's completion, during which we fix and help solving any code-related problems that may arise.
