Vadim Zaliva and Alex Sova founded Codeminders in 2004, as a third successful product of their time-tested partnership. Prior to Codeminders, over the past fifteen years they built and sold two companies as well as developed several offshore teams.
Vadim Zaliva
The Codeminders’ founder and president, Vadim Zaliva is a passionate technologist and a skilled software architect with a solid record of successful accomplishments. With over 20 years of experience and a robust academic background, Vadim built a thorough expertise in such particular domains of technology as highly scalable systems, mobile, and security. Vadim’s strategic insight and visionary understanding of industry came instrumental for several Silicon Valley companies, at which he successfully spearheaded the software architecture and development. Both in his prior work and as the president of Codeminders, Vadim helped dozens of clients and partners to define and achieve their product goals.
Alexander Sova
Another Codeminders’ founder and the VP of Engineering, Alexander Sova is an accomplished software developer and resourceful entrepreneur. With over 15 years in the industry and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Alexander is a hands-on professional with strategic vision. Throughout his career, Alexander successfully built and managed multiple offshore development teams in various technical projects. Alexander’s inside-out knowledge of the outsourcing industry comes from his prior work in virtually every role there. Leveraging his technical background Alexander is particularly effective in designing and adapting the collaborative process to the environments that best fit the Codeminders’ clients.
